Read when you're feeling stressed

 Hi beautiful! You're probably thinking this feeling will never end but I am here to tell you that you won't feel like this forever. I know that you have a lot on your mind, but the most important thing to remember that it will be worth it. I believe everything happens for a reason and we all feel stressed sometimes but every time I was feeling stressed and when I did everything I needed to, I achieved a goal or two. It will all make sense after you get to the finish, but until then I need you to keep your head up and work hard. You will do everything in time, do small tasks in a day and set you own personal deadlines. Don't worry about the whole picture, it will stress you out more - instead, start planning, working toward the goal, even if it's in small steps, you're still moving. Don't stand still, keep going. Go for a run, scream into the pillow, eat ice-cream, do something that will make you relieve your stress. You will feel a lot better after. Stop thinking negatively, because you'll only focus on the bad and will feel unmotivated. Have a positive mindset and stay on the track. You're going to do everything in time, you're going to figure it out, you'll sort it out and you'll feel better. One step at a time. You got this. I love you.
